Dr. Bruno and her team are wonderful! They are knowledgeable, caring, and put me at ease immediately. I highly recommend their office!The staff was so friendly and the space is clean and welcoming. My view from the dentist chair might have been my favorite part. A giant picture window with a view of trees and songbirds was just what I needed to calm any dental anxiety. Dr. Bruno is an absolute delight. She is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to educating patients on not only their teeth but also how all parts of the body are interconnected. Christine at the front desk (new to that position) worked tirelessly today to get to the bottom of my poor insurance reimbursements. The resolution was amazing and a very generous solution by Dr Bruno for patients who have been with her from the start. Dr Bruno is out of our network and my insurance reimbursement is almost non existent. So why do we stay with Dr Bruno? Because she’s that amazing in what she does! Christine, new to the front desk is kind, friendly, and the perfect person you want to see when you arrive.Today I had a filling for a cavity. Dr Bruno and her assistant did a terrific job. It was entirely painless and very efficient procedure. Dr Bruno used both a laser and drill to clear out the cavity and then made the composite filling. She checked my bite to ensure there were no raised services. Dr Bruno is sn excellent dentist and recommend her to anyone that wants quality dental care.I went in to see Dr Bruno for a fourth opinion of a recurring fail implant at tooth #3 that just recently it failed for the 4th time. She spent plenty of time go over my case and showing me the results from my x-ray and cone beam scan. She went over the pros and cons of the treatment strategy that was present to me by my other dentist. They are a mercury-free facility and do more holistic treatments like ozone therapy. The staff is so great and friendly! They do tend to run at least 15 minutes behind, so be prepared to be there longer than expected.I am very happy with Bruno Integrative Dentistry. They are very thorough and very professional. Dr. Bruno was able to completely reverse my gum disease. My gums were fair to poor six years ago. They are very good today. Thank you!Dr. Bruno is absolutely the best dentist I’ve ever had. I went in to get a deep cleaning and my amalgam fillings removed. In the process I discovered that my old root canal had an infection in it. I actually learned through her care that root canals can be the source of a lot of disease in the body . I had been suffering from weird rashes, body pain and digestive issues for a few years. I ended up getting the root canal removed and I feel so much better. Dr Bruno did an amazing job on the surgery and everyone in the office is so kind and supportive. Her standard of dentistry far exceeds any other dentist we have been to. For example, she preserves the natural shape of the teeth when doing fillings and makes a perfect indistinguishable color match. Other dentists left my daughter's teeth feeling rough, "flat," and even unable to floss after a filling. I am very lucky to have my girls see Dr. Bruno regularly and her team of hygienist and dental assistants, who are also top notch. My youngest has a lot of dental anxiety and the dental assistants and hygienist are always very kind, caring, and gentle. She absolutely loves them! I would recommend trying Dr. Bruno, especially if you are questioning dental procedures recommended by other dentists, or have sub par work done you are not happy with. She will exceed your expectations!I've been to a lot of dentists (because I've moved a lot) and Dr. Bruno is by far, the best. She treats me like a whole person and is knowledgeable about how teeth fit into overall health. She explains her thinking and makes me a partner in my tooth care. My husband has doctor/ dentist anxiety, and she goes out of her way to make him feel comfortable. He actually likes going to see her because she takes time to put him at ease and is happy to answer all of his questions. She takes a very conservative approach with cavities, preferring to see if small cavities can be treated in other ways rather than just immediately drilling them, and I like that. I feel very safe in her hands. The office staff have always been really nice. In short, she treats you like family. Highly recommended.Dr Bruno is a genius in her chosen field of dentistry! In the past, she saved my tooth when other dentists were recommending a root canal & crown. Instead Dr Bruno was able to do an overlay and my tooth looks & feels GREAT!! Her admin person Carrie is also fabulous! Her new support staff member Rebecca is great too. TODAY Dr Bruno spent 20 mins testing to see which tooth was hurting me only to find that it was a different tooth than what I had imagined AND it only required a 10 minute filling to fix - super conservative, thorough and efficient...Dr Bruno is the BEST!!I had my amalgam fillings of almost 40 years removed by Dr. Bruno. It was a great experience. She was very attentive, knowledgeable and has excellent Doctor bedside manner. I am on my way back to her again as my primary Dentist. I have now since returned and had some great education about how to hold my electric tooth brush with my finger tips for easier maneuvering rather then like a sword and learned that brushing 1/2 on the gums and 1/2 on the teeth is a good method to use.Dr. Bruno and her staff were pretty amazing. I am not a fan of going to the dentist, which probably stems from a traumatic event as a child at the dentist. That being said, to have electively made the decision to have all the amalgrams taken out of my mouth when I wasn’t having any issues, solely for my health today and in the future, it was a big deal and I was a bit scared. Dr. Bruno knew my reluctance and that it gave me anxiety. She made each appt. so easy and really put me at ease. I truly love this dentist, Dr. Bruno and her team are amazing and I’ve been going here for over a year. The only issue I have is that dealing with the insurance reimbursements. The patient pays for all care up front as specified on her website, but when I’ve repeatedly asked at checkout to have the check from the insurance sent directly to me (which I was told is as easy as checking a box when filing the claim to insurance) it is never done. Instead the check is sent to the dental office and applied as a credit towards future care, or if you want to chase them down for a reimbursement Dr. Bruno herself has to write a check to the patient. I could be wrong, but it seems to me that the automatic option should be that the patient is reimbursed, instead of the dental office essentially being paid twice.Dr. Bruno has taken over a practice that was near and dear to me. As I continued with her services I was very much impressed with her staff and professionalism. She brings a fresh look at good preventative and maintenance to dental health. I was very happy with her outlook on my plan and plans to move forward to stay in good health. Give them a call and let them show you the same care.superb...as usual...and she got me in within an hour of calling for a broken tooth!! just love dr bruno!! and team!!Love this office! They also offer resources for patients to learn more about biological dentistry and whole-body health and are willing to answer any questions I have had (and I've had a lot, from advice on loans and credit to diet and mouth physiology)! Her staff is very kind and professional, they answered all of my questions and addressed all of my needs with care.
